Case 1 --- Taxi Safety project 

Monitoring of Driving Area, Internal and outside of taxi.

Mission   

xxx Taxi company is a state-owned transport company in Xinjiang, the North-west province in China. xxx Taxi company has total 850 taxi in the capital of Xinjiang.   

 

Solution 

At the beginning, as part of the project, we offered a one-week training to the taxi company’s contractor, to teach their 

technical staff how to administer and operate the equipments. Total 8 technical person attended the training course in Sep, 2009. The first project was finished in Oct, 2009, equipped 200 taxi with the small size SD card storage mobile 

DVR(G-SD004). Life Guider utilized the G-SD004(200 units), Monitor(200 pcs) and Camera( 200 pcs, a kind of 600TVL Mini CCD camera). The remained 650 taxi are totally equipped by the end of 2009. In 2010, we will continue to the project with more than 400 taxi.  

 

 

 

                                                               

 

Result 

As part of the agreement, Life Guider offered a one-week training in Sep,2009. The first day of the training was focused on helping them learn about how the DVR and cameras working. The second day of training of installation, operation of the equipments. The third day of the training took place at the taxi and workstations with DVRs and cameras were set to give them hands-on training on how to operate and program the DVRs. The last 2 days was used to explain the installation and administration of Life Guider PC Client software which they will be installing in each taxi to help the driver monitor the car. It was really a perfect example to our potential customers that Life Guider can had a strong relationship with its customer which give its customers confidence. It made Life Guider technology work more closed to its customer and give us a chance to listen and satisfy customer’s requirements and taking benefit to its customers.  

 

 

 

 

 

Case 2  --- Jiangsu province Police Car 

Remote monitoring with GPS System

Application: Record police duty acts and illegal acts and person features 

Mission   

The Jiangsu province xxx Police bureau services are designed for the citizen’s safety.   

Solution 

The major police authority selected Life Guider Mobile DVRs( G--MD504) and Intelligent High Speed IR PTZ Camera (IR110M), 7” LCD monitor for complete video and audio surveillance for its police duty. Beside the quake proof bracket, Life Guider utilized the MD504 DVR connections in Life Guider IR110M cameras in police patrol cars. In order to record the activity and offer evidence if necessary, the MD504 and IR110M record not only the procedure and act details of the police man, but also the feature of the illegal acts and person(4ch with each channel full D1). Those records will become the powerful evidence in the future if necessary.     

 

 

 

Result 

After installing the surveillance system, the xxx Police Department has improved work efficiency of police and keep crime rate decrease. In short, the illegal acts have been controlled and record very well. Hisconn makes the video solutions in police patrol car cost-efficient, flexible, scalable, future-proof and easy to integrate with other systems. The last, Jiangsu province xxx Police Department is trying to expand the same solution to the whole country in police patrol car. 

 

 

 

 

Case 3 ---- Mobile surveillance on bus ( Jinan Bus)

Organization: Jinan City Bus Department 

Location: Jinan, Shandong province of China.  

Application: Monitoring of Driving Area and Internal of Bus, real time monitor with 3G communication, location tracking with GPS and 3G communication. 

Mission   

Jinan City Bus Department wanted to chose an surveillance system to improve safety and security in their transit systems, or to view and share real-time information on traffic and road conditions. As a result, they benefit from: 

(a) A safer environment for both passengers and staff   

(b) Less vandalism, violence and fraudulent insurance claims   

(c) Real-time access to live and recorded images   

(d) A future-proof, flexible surveillance solution. 

Solution 

A major transit authority in Jinan e-bus selected Life Guider Mobile Networking DVRs( G-MD604) and Security Digital 

Cameras , 7” LCD monitor for complete video and audio surveillance for its public bus. Beside the quakeproof and temperature controller, Life Guider utilized the LG-MD604 DVR connections with Camera with the GPS system to integrate the driving record internal of the bus. In order to recognize the incident when it happened, the GPS system integrated with outer sensor does not only record the traffic accident external of the bus, but also the event inside in effect. (Gsensor show speed as X/Y/Z axis)

Result 

As to install the cameras and G-MD604 at the Jinan City Bus, the condition inside of the bus have been controlled and recorded completely. As a result it make the management monitor effectively, and the decrease in operating expense was 6% after 1 year. Mobile surveillance DVRs and cameras from Life Guider help to create a safer environment on buses.
